Delete Your Account

   Open the app and sign in

   Launch HeatDiagnose on your device and sign in to the account you want to delete.

   Go to your Profile

   Tap your profile icon or navigate to the "Profile" tab in the bottom navigation bar.

   Tap "Delete Account"

   Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen and tap "Delete Account." You will be asked to confirm.

   Confirm deletion

   Confirm the action when prompted. Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion.

If you no longer have access to the app or your account, email us and we will delete your account manually. Include the email address associated with your account in the message.

We respond within 2 business days and complete deletions within 30 days of a verified request.

The following data is permanently removed within 30 days of your deletion request:

• removeAccount credentials (email address and password hash)
• removeProfile information (name, preferences)
• removeAll job records and diagnostic history
• removeSaved device information
• removeSession tokens and authentication data

The following data may be retained after deletion:

• removeAnonymized, non-identifiable usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you
• removeData required by applicable law or to resolve open disputes
